INTRODUCTION
Shanghai Derul Cable Co., Ltd. manufactures TRVV high-flex drag chain cables designed for dynamic power and signal transmission in cable carrier (drag chain / energy chain) systems. Built with Class 5/6 fine-stranded bare copper conductors, PVC or TPE insulation, and PUR, PVC, or TPE jackets, Derul TRVV cables deliver 10+ million bending cycles with a tight 7.5× OD bending radius. Available from 2 to 50 cores in cross-sections from 0.12 mm² to 6.0 mm², with optional tinned copper braid shielding (≥85% coverage) for EMI-critical applications. All products are CE, RoHS, and ISO9001 certified, manufactured in a 4,000 m² facility with 50,000+ meters weekly capacity.
